Sonos limit number of streams issue (new issue never been a problem before)

Sonos limit number of streams issue (new issue never been a problem before)

Over the last week or so every time I try to listen to Spotify on my SONOS i am getting an error message and music srops playing, i have had premium for years and never had this issue, it even occurs when only listening on one SONOS speaker so no idea what the problem is but doing a google search it seems this has been reported many times over the last few years 

 

what is going on as essentially I am paying for a service i can no longer use, i would also add despite a number of tweets to spotifycares noone has even responded, great customer service for a long time paying customer I dont think
