My Question or Issue

Hello, I'm having an issue regarding the connection between Discord and Spotify. I've connected my Spotify to my Discord account already, and the "Listening to Spotify" status works fine on both the Spotify Web Player and in my Android phone. But the problem is regarding the downloadable version of Spotify in Windows as I use the client often and is more convenient after all.

The issue seems to be that the "Listening to Spotify" status doesn't appear when I play something in the desktop client. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting Spotify to Discord, but it didn't work. I would like to know a solution for this.
