Does anyone know why they charge me twice the monthly fee and then it takes many days to become prem

It bothers me that every month I am charged twice for the student plan as well as the fact that it takes days to give me access to the premium plan

Hey there @angel_mendoza111,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the Chat section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

In this case, we'd suggest starting off by checking the receipts of your account. There, you can have a look at all your charges and make sure everything is in order.

On another note, you can also check the status of the payments on your bank statement. If a regular payment fails, we try to take it again later. You may see both the failed payment and the payment that went through on your bank statement - only one has actually been taken.

Since you mentioned you have had 2 charges , it’s possible you have another Premium account. Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Perhaps you subscribe to a different account that was registered with one of those methods. Try logging in with these to check.

Lastly, if you check all of the above, but you continue seeing this behavior, you can contact our Customer Support team as well, so they can help you to check those charges and your account more thoroughly. You can find out how to contact them here.

We hope you found this helpful. Let us know if you need anything else.
