Downloaded songs disappeared when I close the app

I’m one of a spotify premium family member for a few days now and song are normally downloading but when I close Spotify all my downloaded songs aren’t download when I open the app again:( please help because it’s really annoying and I bought Spotify premium for downloading and now it doesn’t work:(

Do you have any cache-clearing apps installed and running? If so, disable them and see if that helps. We also suggest that you remove all your offline devices from your account page, and reinstall the app.
