Error en plan duo

Hola buenos días 

Quiero conectarme al plan dúo, con mi hermana, más sin embargo esto no es posible porque me aparece un error. Yo jamás me he conectado a un plan dúo con ella. Porque me aparece este error? 

"puedes unirte al plan premiumbdw otra persona cada 12 meses" si jamás he comparto plan con ella.

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum. Additionally, we hope you don't mind us moving your post, as it fits better here in this thread.

In this case, we think it's important for you to keep in mind that members of a family/duo account can only change plans once every 12 months. If you join a family/duo plan, you'll be able to change to another one during the course of that year, but if you do so, you'll have to wait one year from the moment you made the change before you can join another one.
