Featured Browse shows suggestions from wrong timezone

I'm currently using Spotify Webplayer and find that the suggestions under Browse > Featured seem to be just slightly off. For example, it is currently 4pm but the header of the recommendations is "Wind Down With A Playlist." I have used this account in other timezones, but I have changed the zipcode associated with this profile and still have not been able to change this. This is just annoying enough and any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have this problem too I get to work in the morning and get suggestions for evening music and music to sleep to which are completely opposite of what I want to achieve. I put it to the software being created in US and that designers think locally first and will get to the requirements of the rest of the world when they have time.
