Filter is not applied/Rotating screen removes filter

My Question or Issue

Frequently filters displayed at the top of a podcast page are not being applied. It seems many actions can remove the actual filter, while retaining the claim that the filter is being applied.

One example of an action that removes the filter is rotating the screen. In the attached video, I rotate the screen and the downloads filter is removed.

This seems like a basic function of the app and I'm surprised it breaks as often as it does.

Is this issue occurring also on other mobile devices or with a different account? Does the issue from the video happen also when you select different sorting filters or just the ones from the video?

Could you start with a clean reinstall? This fixes the majority of the issues. Here is how to do one.
