Flutter social app & Spotify Music to Stories

Hi friends,

I'm developing a social app in flutter I want to use the Spotify library to add music on video & stories like on FB, Instagram or TikTok what are the rights to achieve this, what are the copyrights for this, can be this done with Spotify?
