Friend Activity Settings Suggestion not going away

On the right side on Spotify, the notification "Let friends and followers.." hasn't gone away. I've clicked the button to go to Settings and selected the option to share my activity and I've deselected it, but the notification won't go away.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.

In order to remove the Friend Feed tab, click on the app's options on the top left side of the window > View > tick off Friend Activity. 

This should remove the tab from your app.
