"I use the Spotify web player. It has been stuck on a discover ad for three weeks now. This is forcing me to use Pandora, which is not good. I can't play any music. When I click on the music I want to play, it shows up on my recents but will simply not play. I can go to any album, artist, genre, and other things, but the music will not play. I've tried your help page, and have not yet found a solution. Help!"
