Google Chrome Webplayer doing long breaks between songs

Hi, since the Internet Explorer 11 webplayer isnt working anymore im using google chrome webplayer. unfortunatley i have an issue that every time i skip song or just klick on another song, the player is taking 20sec to sometimes over a minute to start playing the next song. thats really annoying... has anyone an idea to fix that problem??

it takes same amount of time to play the next one if the song just runs out by the way 😄

That's quite strange!

May I ask about your internet connection speed? 🙂 This is the usual cause for lags like this, because Spotify loads next song from the server just a few seconds before the previous track ends. With slow connection it may drag somewhat...

If you have the desktop player installed as well, could you tell me if that happens there as well?
