Google Home Mini Offer Failed

My Question or Issue

When I went to check out to get my Google Home Mini, the Google store said there was an error and to try again later. But now if I try to go through the process again, the Google store says, "Unfortunately, we couldn't add that to your cart. There are limits on how many you can buy." If I go to my cart, there is already a Google Home Mini in it, but if I go to checkout, the discount code is not applied. Please help!

I removed the Google Home Mini that was already in my cart. Once I did that, I was able to add a new one and receive the discount.

I removed the Google Home Mini that was already in my cart. Once I did that, I was able to add a new one and receive the discount.

This did not resolve my issue. It's still showing as $49 without a discount in the cart.  

 

I have premium family and went through the account linking process multiple times, but there was no promo code and a discount is not showing up, even after I remove and re-add the mini.
