My Question or Issue

 

While playing a playlist on my Google home mini the playlist will randomly stop or stop and google home say something along the lines of my Spotify account can only be played on one account and the google home is the only place it is playing

Same issue here, located in Sweden.

 

Using a family account but my own account.

Not shared with anyone else, and after couple of songs It tells me the account is being used elsewhere..

 

Started couple of days ago..

Thanks for getting in touch!

 

If you get the message that your account is being used somewhere else, then it's safe to say that this is the case.

 

Try to change your Spotify password and your Facebook password (if connected). Then, log out everywhere on your Spotify account page and your Facebook profile.(if connected)

 

If you are part of Premium for Family, you could have a dedicated account for the Google Home. That way you don't have to worry about two accounts being used at the same time.
