Hey Spotify

I can't get "Hey Spotify" to work on mine or my son's devices. Microphone permissions are enabled but when either of us talks it says it can't understand us. Voice assistant works with other apps and on Google. Of course Google won't work now with thw Spotify app. Please help!

Thanks for the reply.

Can you let us know what exactly happens when you hit the Microphone button and say a command like “Hey Spotify, Play Discover Weekly”.

Do you hear the voice assistant reply anything or get a written error message like "We're still learning".

The more we know about the situation, the better.
