Hi! Why does the music is playing without sounds?

I opened my spotify and select a song to play, but it doesn't have a sound. I tried to use an earbuds and it's working fine. Tried to play a sounds to another application as well and it is working fine too. What to do in this scenario?

Could you give us some more details so we can decide what the best suggestions would be in this situation? 

It'd be great if you could let us know what device this happens on (and if it's across devices) and when it started, as well as include any troubleshooting steps you've already done. 

If you can hear sound from your headphones, consider giving Spotify a clean reinstall with the steps here as it often helps resolve different performance issues.

If you're experiencing this in the app on desktop for example, could you test if the same behavior happens in the web player as well?
