Hola, necesito pedir reembolso de dinero, debido a que me cobraron mal

Necesito solicitar reembolso de dinero porque me cobraron plan premium siendo plan estudiante y contaba con ese dinero para otro pago, son $2020 cobrados de más.

Usually, this type of issue happens when the Student discount expires, but it was not renewed before the payment. In this case, we'd recommend checking this article to know how to renew the Premium Student. 

However, since we don't have access to users accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check your account, verify the subscription and help you further with a compensation needed. Keep in mind that the charge needs to be less than 14 days ago for the system to process the refund.
