i cant download any playlist on any device

i cant download any playlist on any device

At first the message "too many devices have downloaded music" - which didnt make sense because i had only 4 devices with offline playlists.
Then i tried to remove all playlists from my phone and then it said i dont have premium? i also tried to turn off and off the computed. i could now finally press the button "download" but they wont download, not a single song, AND the same issue occured on my phone! It says now on my iphone spotify app that either i dont have premium (i can still shuffle songs and theres no ads) or that "too many devices have offline lists downloaded"

Edit:

I got it fixed but I had to message spotify. alot of weird things happened to my profile but it is okay now.

Hi there @constance420, welcome to the Community!

You can download as many as 10,000 songs on each of up to 5 different devices. Usually when you have access to the devices, you can remove the downloads either from the Spotify app (Settings > Remove all downloads) or by clearing the app's cache and data.

In case you no longer have access to one of these other devices, or the math doesn't add up, it's possible that your cache has become corrupted for you account and you can instead get in touch with the folks over at Customer Support who'll be able to remove them remotely. You can reach them here.

Hope this helps. Cheers!
