How do I change Spotify back to English?

You can change the language of the Spotify website by scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page and clicking on the region in the bottom right corner:

In case you meant the Web Player, you can change the language either from your profile's  settings in the top right corner (if you're logged in), or from the bottom left corner of the page (if you aren't logged in).

I'm unable to set up Spotify because it's in wrong language

My iPhone is set to the US region with English language. I live in the UK right now. My Spotify is all in English. When I go to SETTINGS, ACCOUNT, PREMIUM FAMILY and click on any of the 3 family members, text appears in Japanese. I was able to copy and paste into a translator, and it said that if I want to remove that member, I should click the button below. I don't know why this section appears in Japanese.
