How do I remove a playlist from my recently played?

Listening history consists of the songs that you've listened to in the past and it's currently not possible to remove or delete items from this section. 

We'd suggest that you try to discover new music - you can use the Radio feature or head to Search and choose a category where you'll find a lot of playlists made by Spotify, which you might like 🙂

While there's currently no way to manually delete songs from Recently played history - we'd recommend you leave your vote to this idea here if this is something you'd like to see implemented in the future. The more votes an Idea gets, the more likely it is to get implemented.

Hi there, my laptop was stolen and someone was listening to my spotify, which completely threw my discover weekly recommendations out of whack. I have since changed my passwords and have downvoted previous discover weekly recommendations, but it's been a number of weeks, and each week, the recommendations are still based on the bad listening history. 

Is there a way to selectively remove listening history from discover weekly recommendations? The good thing was that this was only during a specific period of time (like 2-3 weeks), so if that activity is removed, I think that should help.

There is a playlist that keeps playing every time I ask google to play me some music on spotify & I hate it, how can I remove it from my recently played & exclude it so it doesn't appear any more?
