How does this make any sense

How does this make any sense

My account cant play any songs they skip them after 1 sec. I have tried every possible way to fix this on the forums nothing works but then I tried to make a new account and every song was working and the spotify even looks different with the new account. Am I shadowbanned on this account or something????????

I forget to mention that my old account doesnt still work when I use the new account every song works  but when I switch to my old account which has premium I cant play any songs

You mentioned you're having troubles listening to music from your old Premium account. Just to confirm, do you see an error message when this happens? 

 

You've also shared that you've tried several troubleshooting steps. We'd suggest making sure to check the steps here as well, if you haven't already. In this case, it'd be very helpful if you could include some additional details on what you've tried so far.
