How to create a podcast playlist, not a podcast episode playlist

I don't want podcast episodes in the playlist, I want the podcast itself.

Dear Spotify — not being able to create a playlist of podcast SHOWS makes accessing podcasts on Spotify practically useless. Podcasts are not like songs. They are dynamic, with new content being created literally every second. Some podcast feeds update every hour (eg news), some every day, some once a week. Having to build a playlist of individual specific shows has virtually no useful value. I guarantee you that the overwhelming majority of users want this functionality. 

Please explain how this can be done. If it is not possible, please advise when this will be enabled. If you are not planning to enable this capability, please add it to your development plans at the highest priority.

I support this an issue of utmost importance.  Spotify is useless fr playing podcasts otherwise.
