How to get recommended songs to auto play after I search a specific song?

When I type in a specific song to play in the search bar normally it’ll start playing similar recommend songs automatically after. It stopped doing that, how do I fix it to start playing the recommended songs after I type in a specific song in the search bar?

Thanks for reaching out!
It sounds to me like your Autoplay setting might be toggled off 🙂
To see if this is the case, open your app's settings by tapping/ clicking on your profile picture and then search for Autoplay.
If it's toggled on, switch it off and back on again and see if that would make a difference.

Thanks for getting back to us. 

Just to confirm, have you followed these steps to switch Autoplay on? If so and it still doesn't work, would you mind checking if the same happens across devices or only on a specific one? 

If this only happens on a specific device, we'd suggest logging out and then logging back in twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your account and device. 

However, if the issue persists, would you mind sending us a short screen recording where we can see the Autoplay feature toggled on and then what happens after a song finishes in Search so we can take a closer look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

Hey! I tried to attach the video but I only saw an image option. I tried to make it auto again by toggling it on and off and logging out a couple times but it still won’t work is there any thing else I can do?

hey, sorry for the late reply but maybe it will help someone else with this issue.

so, i had the same problem, and the autoplay was on and everything. turns out the reason why it worked before but not anymore was because i clicked on and activated the full green circle arrow on the right of the play/pause button. once i had deactivated it, songs recommendations after my initial searched song finished playing appeared again.
