How to post a question in the Community?

Hello all.. sorry to hijack this thread, but I need to post a question and for the life of me I can't find any way to create a new issue / thread.  I'm signed in under my account, but there are not buttons or options anywhere for this.  Can someone help?

It's not possible to start a new topic in the Ongoing Issues section, but if you'd like to report a new issue you're experiencing with the app, we'd suggest following the steps in this Spotify Answer.

I would LOVE some help.  Every link I follow to post a question to the community tells me to search topics.  Can someone please help now in 2024?  I would like to post a question, please help.  I'm feeling like an **bleep** clicking around for 20 minutes here.  I can only see how to search topics and mine has definitely not been discussed yet.
