How to stop the web player from randomly clearing the queue

I add tracks to my queue to listen, however when I pause the music then the web player will sometimes clear the entire queue after a small pause. Sometimes it will clear the entire queue half an hour after pausing, other times it clears it within a few minutes of me pausing the music. This is frustrating as if I pause the music for anything and it clears it, I have to rebuild my queue

Can you let us know if you've already made sure your browser is up-to-date. You can check and update it in your browser’s Help section. It's also a good call to try opening the web player in a private/incognito window to see if that helps the situation.

If that doesn't do it for you, we'll need to know if this happens on all your devices like for example mobile and the desktop app.
