I bought tickets for a concert through a special promotion from Spotify

I bought tickets for a concert through a special Spotify promotion but the email I received to get the tickets will not open. Who can I contact to get this fixed? If not Spotify, can someone point me in the right direction for help?

Tickets for live events or concerts can be purchased directly from the Artist page and they're usually handled by Ticketmaster, Songkick, Eventbrite or a few other select ticketing providers. If the email confirmation you received is not opening, we'd recommend trying in an incognito/private window, a different browser or even a different device to see if it makes any difference.

Also, it's worth trying with a different Wi-Fi network to see if it could be related to network restrictions.

In case the issue persists, would you mind including in your next response a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue to have a better look at it and help you further?
