I can't access my data.

I can't access my data.

I requested my listening data and a few days later I was emailed a link that is good for 14 days. When I click on the link (today, on day 1), it says "The link you received was only available temporarily."

Hey @Victorreddead,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

We understand that you experienced issues with opening the link that you've received after your data request. If you're sure the 14 days expiration period of that link has not passed, then try to open it again, this time using an incognito window of your preferred browser. This helps sometimes to resolve possible cache-related issues. You can also try open the link again using a different internet connection altogether (maybe initialize a hot spot using mobile data if possible). See if this will shake things up and make the link work as expected.

Keep us posted, we'll be on the lookout for your reply.

Hello,
Same thing happened to me. The link works for 14 days, I opened it on the 5th, but it said "The link you received was only available temporarily". All of the recommended tactics didn't work. What do I do now?

Hey @eglekaipmedis,

Thanks for posting in the thread!

If possible, could you try opening the link using a different device to see if the same thing happens there?

Another option is try requesting a new confirmation email from the account page. Once the new email appears, you can give it a shot using another browser, should you still have issues.

Let us know how you get on.
