My Issue

My friend had created a public collaborative playlist in order for everyone to share songs, I was able to access and add songs to that playlist up until today.

When I try to click on the playlist from My Library, it appears greyed out and when clicking on it, it says "This playlist is not available. The owner of this playlist has made it private or removed it from Spotify." on the desktop app and "Page not found, We can't seem to find the page you are looking for." on the website. The playlist has not been deleted or privated and people are still adding to it at this point in time.

Whenever I try to access the playlist in either incognito on browser or logged out, it works and I can see the playlist and the added songs. I'm very confused on how to fix this, I've asked my friend to private and unprivate the playlist to see if that would fix it, which it didn't. My account is still displayed in the collaborators and we have yet to find a fix. Please help

Hi there @tphn,

Thanks for the post.

This could be happening if the creator of the Collaborative playlist has blocked you. You can ask them if they have indeed blocked your account and if they can unblock your account.

Keep us posted on how you get on.

Thanks for the reply,

I just checked with my friend and they had me blocked without even remembering when or how it happened. They've unblocked me now and I can see the playlist and add to it.
