I can't download or play podcast

I've been following this channel for a few years now and suddenly I can no longer download or stream their podcast. I've tried multiple times to delete and clean install of the app. And I've tried listening over the computer. Nothing has worked. I can see them posting new podcast, but I can't get any of them to download or play.

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us the link to the podcast you're referring to? You can do it by following these steps.

On another note, can you send us a screenshot of how you see the podcast on your side? Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.

Lastly, can you sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the exact Spotify version you are running?
