I can't download songs even with premium

can't download even a single song even though I have premium

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Spotify Community.

If you can use all other Premium features without issues, please follow the guide here to learn how to download music. Remember to check the following if you're having trouble to download: 

• Make sure your internet connection is active
• Make sure you have enough storage space
  Tip: Spotify recommends at least 1GB free memory
• Make sure you didn't reach the 5 devices limit
• Turn off any cache clearing/battery-saving apps
• Restart the app
