I created a time capsule but spotify didn't confirm, is it deleted?

I created a time capsule but spotify didn't confirm, is it deleted?

I made my time capsule, closed it, saved it, and now, a few weeks later, I'm getting a notification that I only have a few days left to create a time capsule. Did spotify not save my time capsule? I clicked in and it just took me to the creation process again. Why is it making me do it again? It took so long to get the first one to work already. Is it all gone?

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. If the playlist was saved successfully, then trying to make a new one should let you know that it's already locked in until 2025. If that's not the case, then perhaps there was some network interruption that caused this issue. In that case, it's best to just try saving it one more time.
