I generated Spotify codes and now they give error

Dear, it is a pleasure to greet you from Mendoza, Argentina. I pose the following problem.

We link to our Spotify account at Maza University a playlist uploaded to the Ivoox platform and, once the contents appeared on Spotify, we create codes to share them in our dissemination material.

For a while they worked without problems but, suddenly, on one occasion we wanted to read them the application gave us an error, as if the code did not redirect to the file. The files do work and still appear if you copy your link or code again.

We would like to know if that problem can be solved because we have printed some of those codes and if we generate them again they would be unusable.
