I have been charged for a free trial, it's been a day and I still haven't m

You guys charged me 9.99 for premium on the free trial, and I still haven't received my funds.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

In order to be eligible for a trial:

  • You mustn't have had Premium previously on your account.
  • Your card / payment method mustn't have been used for Spotify.

Could you confirm this? It's also possible that you've received the 3 months for the price of 1 offer, which is available to users who have had Premium previously. You should've either received an email about this offer, or an in-app notification. We'd recommend checking your subscription on your Account page to see if everything looks okay there.
