Hi there,

 

Welcome to the Community!

 

Could you check if you've received a code somewhere within the banking app itself or via email for example? Make sure to also check the spam folder as emails can sometimes end up there.

 

However, as you've not purchased Premium directly via Spotify, it's probably best to reach out to the place you purchased the voucher from (in your case your payment provider) for further assistance.
