I hear French ads in a US podcast how is it possible if I pay premium

I'm a premium user. ANd while I understand that within podcasts, podcasters can difuse ads I do not understand why I have extra ads no related with the podcast whatsoever. For example I live in France and I'm listening to a US podcast and all of the sudden I have a French Ad. This is really annoying since I pay not to get those ads:!
