I need my premium restored.

I need my spotify back working on my phone. I paid for the student discount on the premium and I get it on my iPad but I can't get it only phone. In the account settings it says unlimited. That's not what I paid for. I want my money refunded if I can't get the student discount for the premium. I did apply and it said I was approved for it. Thanks. I am waiting to here from someone.

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
