I've already get a Premium Student package, but i can't use Enhance feature

I got 2 problems:
+ First, I saw Enhance button but the Shuffle button disappered
+ Second, I deleted the app and reinstall, i logged out and logged in, then Enhance disappered and the Shuffle button reappered.More than that, the Heart Icon to show which i song love disappered either.
I already pay money for accessing all the features but i can not, pls help. Tks u

Hey @Connor3001,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

This seems to be related to some of the changes we recently made to the app experience. For now, Smart Shuffle will replace the Enhance feature. Enhance has evolved into Smart Shuffle, a new listening mode that is housed in the Shuffle button. To activate it, just use the Shuffle button to switch between regular play, Shuffle mode, and Smart Shuffle. You can read more about this new experience here.

On another note, keep in mind the ♡ Heart button is being replaced with a (+) Plus button. This change will come to the mobile app first and then come to the other apps (desktop, watch, etc.) at a later time. The experience is very similar in general terms, so we'd recommend taking a look at this article, in which you can find more info about it.
