Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the Music chat section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

 

That being said, we'd like to gather more info of what's happening on your side. Are you having inconveniences with your account? Are you unable to listen to music? If yes, please send us all the details about it, so we can give you some suggestions.

If perhaps you have a Premium account and you want to cancel your subscription, you can follow the steps in this article to do it.

Lastly, be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on your replies. This is to maintain secure personal info.
