Instagram won’t show a timestamp for my track in the story

Hi Guys

not sure if this is the eighth place to post 

but I’ll give it a go

It’s been only recently that I got my music via streaming platforms (maybe 3 days)

account verified and all.

today I’ve been struggling with posting my track, it shows up in the search bar of IG story, but won’t show the time (start, mid and end of the song)

Apologies for the late reply here, we just came across this thread 🙂

In your case I would go for a complete clean reinstall of the app to see if that would make a difference.
To do so, follow the steps here, as the process differs from your usual reinstall.

Should this not be of help, you can also reach out to our Artists support folks to check if this is an issue on their end.
