Issues with i5 Processor Laptop and Spotify – Any Advice?

Hi everyone,

I’m facing some issues with my i5 processor laptop while using Spotify's Premium app. It seems that the app is causing performance problems or other complications on the laptop.

I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps, but the problems persist. Has anyone else encountered similar issues with Spotify Premium on an i5 processor laptop? Any advice or suggestions for resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Some performance issues could be fixed by performing a clean reinstall of the app. We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article?

 

If so and the issue persists, would you mind including in your next response more details about the issue you're having?

 

Lastly, include as well the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
