It won’t let me log in to Spotify on my Toshiba fire tv.

For some reason I got logged out of Spotify on my Toshiba Fire Tv. It was working fine until I got logged out, but now it won’t let me log back in. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app, clearing the cache, trying to log in from my phone and my laptop, and logging in with a code. Is there anything else I can do to log in on my tv?

This type of case is usually related to some network restrictions. First, we'd recommend checking if it happens when using a different Wi-Fi network. In case you don't have another one, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it on.

Also, to make sure this issue is not account-related, it would also be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your TV - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists.
