J’ai été débité mais mon compte prenium ne marche toujours pas hors connexion, et sur mon compte Spotify il n’y a pas de reçu de ce mois-ci, mais j’ai bien été débité par Spotify le 06/02/23 de 9,99€

Are you able to use the other Premium features with the account you're currently using on your device?

Check this guide to find out if you have another account on which you could have mistakenly activated the subscription.

Check this guide as well, just in case. It's about activating Offline mode.
