Jumping to random songs in playlist since upgrading to Family

My Question or Issue

Since i have upgraded to spotify family i have in issue on all my 3 accounts linked to this subscription. Both on my phone, my wifes phone and on my sonos system spotify jumps to random songs during playback (so somewhere during the song not after) of a song in the list. This happens almost every song. Somtimes playback stops in the middle of the song

I have changed the passwords as suggested on the forum but this did not help. Before i moved to Family (a few weeks ago) i never had this issue.

Help please as this is very annoying

First, we'd recommend making sure that all your family members are logged in on their own accounts so that you don't interrupt each other music.

It's also a good idea to follow the steps here to make sure the accounts are secure and protected.

Lastly, if the issue still persists, could you let us know if this is happening on 3/4G or Wi-Fi or both?
