If your plan is associated with a partner company, as you mention in the case KPN, to cancel your Premium plan you'd need to reach out to them.

You can find their contact link on your account page under Payment. If you don't see that on your account page, it's possible that you have a different account with us that has been updated to Premium via KPN. To try and locate your Spotify accounts you can take a look at the instructions here.
