Nie mam juz premium mimo ze dwa tygodnie temu na aplikacji żappka wykupilam za żappsy 3 mies. Minely 2 tyg. i dzisiaj mi wygasło

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

If you haven't had Premium before on Spotify, you can use the code you get from Żappka to get a 3-month trial to enjoy all the Premium features. To redeem it, you just need to follow this link, enter the code in the text box and follow the instructions. Make sure you're logged into your own account before redeem the code to make sure that the Premium subscription will be activated in the correct account.

 

If the issue persists, we'd recommend trying from an incognito/private window, a different browser or even a different device to see if it makes any difference.

 

Lastly, if you have any error messages trying to redeem it, include in your next response a screenshot of the error to take a better look.
