Log in button not working

My HP Envy laptop has just come back from being repaired by HP. It looks as though they have installed a new hard drive, so I am pretty much starting from scratch. The latest version of Windows 10 is installed. I have just installed Spotify, but I can't log in. After entering my log in details, nothing hapens when I press the log in button. I mean nothing. It shows no signs of life whatsoever. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
