Lost followers on my playlist

Hi so I got on spoitify today and played one of my playlist to see my follower was gone. There was 1 person following my playlist which was a friend and when I checked their account, they were still following me however it showed 0 on my playlist? I checked on my phone and there was 0 there too. This only happened on that certain playlist as I still had followers on the other ones. I logged in and out and force quitted but it still remains as 0.

Does anyone know what's wrong and if there's anything I can do??
