Lyrics for all users on the premium family membership

Hi

Does anyone know why the lyrics section disappear in the family premium membership? Are the lyrics only available to one member? I hope it is available to all six family members. And yes the lyrics are available from the artist on different songs, but only to one member. 

Anyone know anything? Is there a button I can press?

It's really strange, as the letters must be available to all members of the Family plan. Can you tell me if your plan members are listening in Offline mode? The lyrics feature is only available in Online mode!

Additionally, you can check if the accounts trying to access letters are part of the plan, on the account overview page? This is to make sure you are signing into the correct account, which may be a free version.
