Make the PC app sync better with the phone app and stop the crashing and jumbled playlists

We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the ideas section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here. 

In that sense, would you mind sending us a full description of what exactly is happening on your side? If you haven’t yet, we’d suggest you perform a clean reinstall of the app on the affected devices to see if you notice any changes in this behavior.

It'd also be really helpful if you sent us:

• The make/model and OS of the affected devices.
• The exact Spotify version you’re running there.
• When you mentioned sync in your description, were you referring to the Connect feature or are you noticing other sync issues within the app?
