Marantz SR5008 Playlists 10+ Minutes to Load, then Incomplete

I have a Marantz SR5008 AV receiver which has Spotify on it. For the last few months, every time I attempt to access playlists, the receiver will freeze for about 10-15 minutes before finally loading. Unfortunately, after the excessive load time, the playlists which do load are just the user-created ones which I follow; all playlists created by Spotify fail to load (e.g. "Your Favorite Coffeehouse", "Rockin' Vibes", etc.). 

I've already performed a full factory reset, checked for updated firmware and stopped following several playlists in hopes to alleviate the issue without any change. This is extremely frustrating as it renders Spotify useless on this receiver.

I have exactly the same issue too on my Marantz CR510 receiver.
