[Marshall] multiroom preset issue

Hello sir ,I can not post topic ,pls help.

      I bought couple of stanmore multi-room last month. I can set my favorite spotify album at preset No.1 2 and 3 , My wife set her favorite spotify album at preset No.4 5 and 6 , We use Spotify Family Plan . When I want to play music from my spotify account ,just press knob No.1 2 or 3 ,and my wife press knob No.4 5 or 6 for play album that use her spotify account . We have not disturbed from each other ,Very satisfied Marshall Multiroom preset function.

      But for a week until now ,this function has changed ,I don't known why. When I press knob no.4-6 ,Speaker use my spotify account instead of my wife account. or I press knob no.1-3 speaker use my wife account instead of me. I noticed that speaker use spotify account from last cast device ,that is not normal function its used to be.

       I try to factory reset several times but same result. How can I do ,is it about marshall cloud service or my speaker or spotify or google home app.
